I am a Brand and Innovation Consultant and consumer-connected creativity is my area of expertise. I have nearly 15 years of experience in advertising and communication development working for JWT, one of the top advertising agencies in the country. I live in Gurgaon, having moved here 2.5 years ago from Mumbai.

I started Behtardilli because I am a city animal and feel most at home in big cities. I feel disappointed about the deteriorating quality of life in our big cities. I believe that knowledgeable and engaged citizens can be a constructive force for change and it is the lack of knowledge that holds us back as citizens from creating a better living environment for all of the residents of Delhi - rich and poor, young and elderly. Knowledge can empower us to lobby and influence government far more effectively. For me Behtardilli is not an ideological mission as much as it is a constructive forum for change.

I am an Entrepreneur.. I help businesses leverage the power of internet and social media for their growth. Prior to this I lived in US for almost 9 years. I run my own online marketing services company "OMLogic". I live in Delhi with my wife, 2 lovely daughters and my parents.

I started Behtardilli because i feel only a citizen revolution (both by citizens developing awareness of their surroundings as well as developing an interaction point between the citizens and the government) can help build Delhi as a model city for the entire country, clean, safe and well developed.. Responding to the requirements of everyone who lives here. For me Behtardili is not a forum for environmentalist to stop the growth and it is not a forum for the urban people to take over the environment.. It is a forum to bring workability and life in Delhi.

I am a changemaker....I like to see change and so I seek to become the changemaker either within or without. By joining hands with like-minded people or by walking on the path on my own, knowing, that I will meet people on the way, who will accompany if they believe in the idea and in themselves...

For now I am working with a social development project on maternal health and also working closely with voluntary groups on other concerning issues which needs the required 'change'

I started Behtardilli because I feel I can see that there is an urgent need in changing the city to suit rich and poor alike. A city which welcomes everyone with a sense of belonging. A city which is responsible to the needs of its citizens and provides solutions which are workable to the benefit of all the people. I think it is possible and this has to be understood by both the govt and the citizens of Delhi. A city needs both a responsible governance system and citizens who responsibly own the city to better it everyday. Delhi needs all of 'us' to contribute and so I am trying to do this through behtardilli ....
